Description
Seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. This position will be based at our Trivandrum office.Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including architects, contractors, builders, and developers, to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our services. Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
- MBA/Graduate Fresher Or 12 years of sales experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence others. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets. Presentable and professional demeanor to represent the company in a positive manner. Possess a valid driving license and own a twowheeler for travel within the designated sales territory. Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
