Job description The Social Media & Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing all social media channels, which includes Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin & Instagram.


This role requires a thorough understanding of the social media landscape and an ability to create and maintain a cohesive voice across all channels.

Responsibilities for Social Media Executive - Organic: 1. Developing Social Media Strategy & Calendars


  • Ability to handle multiple brands at one time.
  • Creating and maintaining content calendars
  • Coordinate & Interact with Clients & Internal Teams 5. Creating engaging stories across all platforms.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics
  • Create Performance Reports at regular intervals
  • Creating engaging content for the company's audience 9. Managing customer service inquiries on social media channels
Profile: 1. BMM Graduate or equivalent.


  • Active on Social Media and understands the latest trends.
  • Should be willing to learn and upgrade his skills.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
P.S - This is a full-time remote position.
