A. Roles & Responsibilities
Executives are responsible for following these procedures:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Schedule appointment of Applicants for Documentation and biometrics.
- Check the status of the applied VISA.
- Renew the Visa of the applicants staying Abroad.
- Handle the queries and complaints regarding VISA.
- Collection and dispatch status of Passports.
- Provide quick and effective resolution to customer's query.
- Display empathy and concern towards applicants
- Create WOW experience.
Eligibility:
- 1 year Experience in International Voice process.
- Good Communication and Writing skills.
- Multitasking ability.
Technical Competencies:
- Typing speed 25 to 30wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Be fluent and clear in speech.
Soft Skills:
(Language)
- English
Qualification:
Graduates and Undergraduates
Working Days: 5 days (Saturday, Sunday off).
Timings:
- 1 st Shift: 6:30pm/3:30am
- 2 nd Shift: 9:30pm/6:30a
Salary:
₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
