has been mandated to hire an AVP Credit Risk Retail** for one of India's leading financial service companies. Our client is a preferred banking solutions provider and partner for millions of customers across the country.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to analyze, review, and rate investments. determine how creditworthy someone is based on their credit history. The goal of this is to protect against any unwarranted customer or counterparty credit exposures.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio analysis and Risk monitoring of Retail businesses like Vehicle finance, Microfinance, Mortgages, and other retail businesses (Both secured and unsecured).
Responsible for overall/ detailed portfolio analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
Review of policies based on inputs from portfolio analysis/ risks identified.
Identify key areas of portfolio concerns and provider recommendations.
Preparation of risk analysis reports pertaining to the portfolio at regular intervals for management review/ reporting.
Regular coordination with other stakeholders related to portfolio monitoring/ policy/ risk management.
Develop/ Enhance existing risk and rating models.
