Your Role


We are looking for Engineering group Manager who will be reporting to Director of Global Software services and whose role is to build and manage agile teams responsible for tools and platforms for 6000 Engineers located all over the world.


  • Contribute to all streams in tools including Strategy, Architecture, Compliance and Communications.
  • Develop Cloud and Digital strategies and roadmap that drive efficiency and quality in product development.
  • Responsible for building high performing teams.
  • Demonstrate your obsession with deadlines while constantly looking for opportunities continuous improvement

Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in engineering discipline (IT/EE/EC/CS)
  • 5 years Development or Architecture experience in full stack software development tools
  • 5 years' experience in building multiple high performing teams in large global IT service organizations (automotive or other high volume production is a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, AWS or Azure.
  • DevOps technologies and design patterns including Gerrit, Ansible/Puppet, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Model based development and/or prototyping and simulation tools including Matlab, Ansys, Carmaker, Vector
  • Understanding of Hosting, Infrastructure and Network technologies
  • Automated Test and Validation technologies and design patterns.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile Methodologies.
  • Excellent English, Organization and Presentation skills.
  • Ambitious, Adaptable and Positive personality with willingness to develop leadership skills in a team oriented results driven environment.
  • Understanding of IT project management procedures.
  • Knowledge of one of the following is distinct advantage, ASPICE, ASIL, TISAX, Validated Software Processes.
  • Familiarity in one or more of ITIL3, ITIL4 or Lean ITIL processes or principles is a plus.
