Position Title
Chief Operating Officer - Fenesta
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
The role expectation is to bring onboard a strong sales and commercial leader with business and operating leadership capabilities.
Key Individual Accountabilities

Drive aggressive growth & business expansion by creating greater leadership bandwidth at the top.

Create succession pipeline over a period of time for current business head.

Its an integrated leadership role for leading business operations responsible for Sales, Service, Manufacturing & Supply Chain with following contextual imperatives that define the focus of the role and this appointment:
Fenesta is a strategic and fast-growing business of DCM in premium customized-building solutions around doors and windows.

The business is currently operating at INR 500+ Crores


Some of the major business imperatives would be; Customer experience, adoption of new technologies to support the business drivers, grow the market and share of Fenesta within the same, Cost optimisation while ensuring quality of product and business.

Internal:
CEO, functional heads, Other SBU functional heads & top management
Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge

Balanced experience-mix between Sales and go to market operations leadership. Ideally experience is leading P&L or wider sales and marketing and manufacturing leadership experience.

Mix of B2B and B2C experience. Deep focus on service management and good appreciation of manufacturing and supply chain.

Demonstrate business acumen. Integrated thinking.

Growth orientation experience & track record - driving business growth to take the business to next level. Digital mindset and appreciation.

Systems orientation, structured approach. Analytical and logical thinking. Process driven.

Good organisation skills to navigate initiatives. Ability to work horizontally across the organisation.

Decisive, execution focussed. Energetic.

Mature people leader - leader by empowering, motivating and adding value. Relationship oriented. Moderately aggressive.
