Description

Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans for construction and interior projects.

Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine the project requirements and cost implications.
Prepare tender documents, including pricing schedules, and manage the tendering process with subcontractors and suppliers.
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
Monitor project costs throughout the construction process, providing regular cost reports, forecasts, and cost variations.
Carry out onsite measurements, valuations, and final accounts to ensure accurate cost control and payment certification.
Review and assess project variations and change orders, providing timely and accurate cost impact assessments.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient cost management and timely project delivery.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and advise on costsaving opportunities.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and cost management.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
