Requirements:

Experience of in customer service related projects and operations. Understanding case management conceptually is key in performing in this role.
Experience and knowledge of supplier integration is favourable.
Excellent knowledge of concepting functionalities on Salesforce related technologies, data model and interfaces with particular focus in Salesforce Service Cloud, OmniChannel and Communities.
Solid customer service related business process understanding
Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional design
Strong communication and interpersonal skills supporting good relationship building with business stakeholders and peers
Fluent communicator in English
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders and teams distributed globally
Experience in working with agile software development methodologies
Able to embrace and promote cultural diversity and inclusion respectfully across own team and organization
