  • Effectively dealing with customers & identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Taking care of after sales services
  • Use a structured approach for identifying problems and assessing what can be done.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Requirements:


  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (morning & afternoon)
