Internal Trainer - Perintalmanna, India - KVR AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD
Description
Manage Training delivery as per the training calender, carryout assesment & follow up.- Asses the trainees knowledge & identify skill gaps & prepare skill mapping.
- Submit monthly report on training activities,trainees performance & utilization etc.
- Review training content periodically & suggest revision/upgradation.
- Devise initiatives and corrective actions to improve the quality of training delivered.
- Plan & deliver a monitoring system to validate the training programmes.
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perintalmanna, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Training: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
