Description

Manages controlling & reporting and commercial tasks in Sales areas to directly support effective and profitable Business and supports accountable management in assigned area of responsibility.


  • Guides ongoing comparison of objectives and their achievement, drives consistent steering actions to achieve the targets set by the business in terms of new orders, sales, profits and cash.
  • Responsible for the documentation in the Preorder stage, execution and post shipment.
  • Responsible for FEMA Closure
  • Tax exemption case closures, Merchantile trade closure, Shipping Bill closure.
  • Thorough understanding of export related guidelines and various incentives for export and import oriented units ex. TCS/FTWZ/SAFTA/IFTA/FORM AI etc.
  • Analyses deviations in detail incl. preparation of presentations and decision memos for management of the business or local entity level.
  • Guides complete and timely elaboration of all necessary financial/commercial documents for the sales and bidding process, e.g. contract analysis, evaluation of risks, project selection, bid/nobid decision, LoA.
  • Guides technical partners in commercial and financial matters.
  • Leads STA or other Sales related target discussions with different stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper control of Accounts Receivables of Channel Partners and Direct Customers. Ensure proper adjustment of Receivables Vs Payables if any.
  • Assist the Central team in providing valid documentation on various compliances and also audit queries.
  • Generate MIS based on requirements or reporting if any.
  • Ready to travel to countries handling export for channel and customer visits.
  • Lesioning with various departments for exports such as Logistics/ BU/ SAG/ EXIM/ CF R/ CF T.
