Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales of watch products to meet or exceed targets
  • Provide excellent customer service, including product demonstrations and handling inquiries
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and preferences
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Keep the showroom clean and organized to enhance the shopping experience
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the watch industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Customerfocused with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business administration is a plus
