Job Description:

Artus Brand Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a motivated and skilled Front Office Telecaller to join our team.

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and being the first point of contact for clients and partners.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our services. Additionally, you will assist in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the front office.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about the company's services and offerings to potential clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team.
  • Collect and update customer information in the database.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software and telephone systems.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations.
  • Customerfocused with a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are a plus.
