  • Making error free data entries in the accounting software
  • Recording and maintaining the books of accounts for vendors and for various locations as required.
  • Verification of supporting bills against the limits defined, for the expenses claims made by employees
  • Ensure timely bank payments & handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Timely payment of all expenditures, bank reconciliation
  • Perform accounts payable duties, gather information from departments, verify accuracy of information, input vendor invoices, direct pays, and related information into appropriate accounts, process vendor invoices for payment in a timely manner.
