What would you do while you work with us?

Resolving and ensuring the daily grievances on various sources to ensure the customer is timely updated and informed about the process.
Handling end to end customer grievances.
Giving customer appropriate & timely resolution.
Interdepartmental coordination & alignment Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

What are the credentials we would like for our applicants to have?

12 years of work experience
Prior experience in grievance handling
Experience in a crossfunctional and multicultural environment
Previous experience in customer handling role
Knowledge of Basic excel skills

Job-Specific Skills

Detail oriented
Good Communication
Content Writing Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
