Roles & Responsibilities,

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential customers or clients to generate new sales opportunities.


Sales Presentation:
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations or pitches to potential clients or customers.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.


Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and payment terms, to close deals.


Quota Achievement:
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.


Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.


Sales Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.


Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.


Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.


Customer Support:
Provide post-sale support and address customer inquiries and issues as needed.


Purchase Executive Responsibilities:


Vendor Management:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.


Sourcing:
Source and select products, materials, or services required by the organization while considering cost, quality, and lead times.


Purchase Orders:
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.


Cost Analysis:
Analyze prices, quality, and delivery terms to make informed purchasing decisions that maximize cost-efficiency.


Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.


Compliance:
Ensure that all purchases comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.


Negotiation:
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including price, payment terms, and delivery schedules.


Quality Control:
Collaborate with quality control and inspection teams to ensure that purchased products or materials meet quality standards.


Budget Management:
Work within budget constraints and provide cost-saving recommendations to management.


Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
