We have an opening for the post of Design Architect
for a reputed Company for Mumbai(Borivali)** Head Office.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Determine preliminary concept for the project through discussions with Management team.

The preliminary concept shall include assumptions on product mix, residential or partcommercial units, parking requirement, estimated development footprint and height of structure.

Special features / themes based on specific requirement of a project.

  • Develop and Provide Design Brief based on preliminary concept to outsourced professionalArchitects / Consultants, such as Liaison Architect, Design Architect, Elevation Architect,Landscape Architect, Structural Consultant, MEP Consultants, Specialist vendors such as for Parking systems and Elevators.
  • Verify designs and inputs received from various agencies/ professionals to assess of them being aligned and conforming to the project concept and feasibility report parameters.
  • Conduct review and analysis on the drawings ensuring that they are as per the latest market requirements, norms and budgets based on the project theme.
  • Maintain a database of finalized designs and share them with the respective professionals and teams as and when required.
  • Coordinate with the Management / all outsourced professional agencies, to expedite design and bring closure by obtaining acceptance of design.
  • Assist Construction Manager with necessary coordination and review during detailed engineering up to GFC Drawings.
  • Architect with relevant experience of minimum 4 years in Mumbai.
  • Flair for presentation.
