Description

Providing program governance to multiple construction projects.

Review the project schedules submitted by partners/ project managers, identify risks, dependencies, critical activities. Tracking & reporting till mitigation.
Prepare management dashboards and review presentations for weekly/ monthly quarterly reviews.
Support project managers on the ground to activities needing help from central/ corporate office.
Engaging with Cross functional teams to ensure their actions are tracked and closed in timely manner. Escalate if needed.
Capex management of all the projects. Forecasting the spend, reporting actual vs. planned, benchmarking compared to business plan etc.
