JOB DESCRIPTION:

Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication
Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes.
Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring mínimal errors while sending communication to customers.
At least 1 year of experience in handling customers in both voice and non-voice process
Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.
Active listening, empathy, and patience with respect to customer interactions
Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive.
Ability to articulate in different ways.
Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off
They must be open for Off roll (Third Party payroll)

Good to have:

Experience in the Insurance Industry
Prior experience in Sales/ Outbound Calls

CTC - 4.5 LPA max (37500/month including PF, professional tax etc of additional incentives + medical insurance will be provided
