About Us:

What you will do:

Prescription Filling_

To attend to the doctor's prescription.
Dispense drugs pursuant to a prescription issued by the doctor. If the prescribed medicines are unavailable, arrange an alternative for the same.
Substitution of medicines is to be consulted with the doctor.
Coordinate with the pharmacy network of Supertails based on the client's location for ensuring the availability of the medicines.
Crosscheck the issuing medicines with the bill regarding patient name, item name, quantity, and expiry, and acknowledge the bill.
Arrange delivery of the medicines and coordinate between the delivery agent and the customer for ensuring hasslefree and time

- bound delivery.

Customer Service_

To maintain good relations with customers/doctors.
Provide prompt responses to customer queries.
To maintain records and followup that the medicines are delivered to the customers on time.
Handle all the inbound inquiries primarily focusing on drug information, quantity required, and delivery location.
Handle billing.

Inventory Management & Sales_

Maintain a proper record of the inbound and outbound transactions of the pharmacy.
Maintaining data hygiene related to pharmacy orders.
Ensure shift handover and takeover is given before leaving the work area.
Focus on sales and strive to attain the target of the pharmacy
Perform any other job assigned by the incharge as per exigencies of work

What we are looking for:

Any Bachelor or Masters's degree
Should have brilliant verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable working with Canva
Minimum one year of experience in building content and conducting training sessions
