Process Overview:
Call Analyzer& Transcribers are part of the Call Disposition Process.

Call Disposition is a Sales/Service Accelerator that analyses freshly received telephone calls at the "dealer" or "retail" outlet and segregates these calls to feed the most relevant calls back to the Sales or Service teams in a timely manner.

They provide a quick view of a call's outcome and what the next step should be for the representative. They give everyone visibility inside the composition of the call to diagnose areas of improvement.

Call Disposition process has proven that providing key intelligence in fastest possible time to Sales and Service teams of the organization aids in converting and routing the customers back into the Sales stream thus giving a major impetus to revenue earnings, which may have otherwise been lost.

Job Description:

Call Analyzer & Transcribers is responsible for transcribing and summarizing calls as per the process requirement.
Performs call monitoring to meet the quality parameters.
Take up the responsibility of the assigned task.
Keep on asking for the reviews and feedback from the peers.
Reporting back to Supervisors on daily basis.
Ensuring quality work delivered within defined timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Qualification:
HSC/ Graduation/Undergraduate

Compensation Details:15-20k/ month

Notice Period:
Immediate.

Pay:
₹16,000.00 per month
