  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

  • Total Experience : 3 Years as a Chef
  • Minimum Experience : 1 2 Years of Proven Demonstrated experience as a South Indian Cook or similar role, with proficiency in preparing traditional South Indian cuisine.

Job Description:


Seeking a skilled South Indian Cook to prepare and cook a variety of authentic South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, and curries, ensuring high quality and taste consistency.

Responsibilities include recipe execution, ingredient preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and collaborating with kitchen staff to meet customer demands efficiently.


Requirements:


  • Knowledge: Familiarity with South Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors, ensuring authenticity in dish preparation.
  • Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced kitchen environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust recipes and cooking methods based on customer preferences and kitchen requirements.
  • Hygiene Standards: Commitment to maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety practices to comply with regulations and ensure customer safety.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
