About the team

What you will be doing
Involving in Production Support
Handles inquiries and resolves issues.
Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
Handles Environmental Impact Analysis, Install Plans and Operational Readiness procedures

What you bring:

3+ years' experience supporting a high availability publicly facing product with 24/7 uptime and 99.9%+ SLA.

Programming Languages:
C/C++,Python, Java, Shell Scripting, Perl, etc ( read code)

Operating System:
RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), Linux Commands, MS Windows

Database:
Oracle, MS SQL - Joins, Views, CRUD operations

Cloud :
Azure

Switching Technologies - IST Switch, Narada, Base 24, Tandem, Sparrow (any one)
Monitoring Tools - Splunk, Ctrl M, DynaTrace, NetXMS, App Dynamics, Nagios (any one)

Effectively prioritize deliverables and manage workload to meet deadlines.
The ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects and issues with various timelines and priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Added bonus if you have:

Knowledge of FIS' products and services
Knowledge of financial services industry
Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
