Sikkim Location (North East India)**•Monitoring QA aspects warehousing/Manufacturing practices for compliance with specified SOPs.

To review online all type of logbooks, filled batch documents, maintained at the shop floor.
Responsible for initiate Deviation and CAPA as and when required and responsible for closure of the same.
Responsible for investigation related to Market complaint, Deviation, OOS and OOT.
To Ensure the Implementation of cGMP in all aspects manufacturing, qualification and validation activities.
To perform the sampling at various manufacturing stages, process validation and cleaning validation etc. as per predefined schedule and location.
To get involved in various processes related to validation of Production processes (equipment, process and cleaning validation) and co-ordination and follow-up for the completion of batch documents, qualification and validation activities.
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards in all aspects manufacturing activities.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system and Monitor all operations that affect quality. Review current standards and policies and ensure all legal standards are met in all aspects manufacturing, and validation activities.
Responsible for work allotment to subordinates on routine basis.
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by internal/ external providers.
To follow cGMP, data integrity norms and adhere with company policy.
Other responsibilities assigned by seniors as and when required.
