Your key responsibilities


Ability to recognize potential issues and take the appropriate action, including escalation to management when necessary Preparing, verifying and sending swift instructions to Depositories and Agent.

Resolving problems arisen from unmatched items and implement long term solutions for frequently occurred issues Preparing pending trades report and communicate with custodian/agent to identify settlement issues over telephone or via provided systems Assisting in reconciling cash/stock accounts against agent bank statements and resolving any breaks.

Escalate all issues properly, in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business Supporting client services team to resolve problem for client in term of settlement issue.

Ensure timely Settlements of instructions. Client Reporting. To keep Team Manager informed of the exceptional occurrences, to enable appropriate action. Assist senior teammates in carrying out any special tasks or projects that may be required from time to time. Should voluntarily process workload of other members to ensure load balancing in the team.


Your skills and experience
Education

Preferred Work Experience


Should have worked in an Investment Bank/Custodian/Security market intermediary Should have 0-2 years of work experience in securities, settlements, reconciliation or other custodian related activities.

Exposure in Crest Market will be an added advantage. Should have exposure working with Global Custodians

Secondary Skills

Excellent communication skills Good Analytical skills Strong written and presentation skills Be a 'team player'

Time management skills

Well organized & able to clearly present results of work Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Drive and Motivation
