Process Coordinator-Sales

CryoCorp O2 LLP is looking for a Process Coordinator (Sales) to join us in our team.

We are an engineering export company, leaders in supply of spares & machinery of Oxygen Manufacturing Plants. Formerly known as Cryo Corp, we are a one-stop-shop for oxygen spares in India and a growing clientele in 21 countries in global south countries in Asia, Africa, Middle East and South America.

A Process coordinator is responsible for
coordinating the flow of processes related to sales and assisting the MDO (Managing Director's Office).

You will be
responsible for:

• Collecting all the sales inquiries and entering it in the Sales Funnel & Inquiry Capture system, through Google form or Google sheets.
• Speak to clients to note their requirements as per our Inquiry Collection Form and organise Zoom meetings with clients for MDO.
• Maintaining the Order Taking Sheet and work in coordination with our CRM (Client Relitionship Manager) to service existing clients.
• Manage the sales database and work along with our MIS Executive to prepare reports related to sales.
• Ensure our Sales flow chart management system, is running smoothly in coordination with MDO (Managing Director's office) and other teams involved.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and
  conversational skills in Hindi and English. Person should love speaking to new people and have the flair and maturity of speaking formally.

Should love to work with 'data'. Should be very well versed with Advanced MS EXCEL and Google Sheets. A diploma or certificate MS-CIT will be desirable but not mandatory.


Requirements:

• Person should be staying a maximum of 30 minutes from our office location.
• Person should have a sense of responsibility.

Salary:
₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
