1.Service Logs and Records:
Maintain customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.

Customer Contacts:
Maintain daily contact with customers to ensure issue resolution and follow-up.
3.
Delivery Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve delivery issues faced by customers.
4.
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers, providing information and procedures to address questions and concerns.
5.
Data Backups:
Take data backups to protect organizational information.
6.
Co-worker Guidance: Provide instructions and advice to colleagues on systems and network usage.
7.
Work Planning:
Plan work in advance for efficiency.
8.
Team Collaboration:
Work as a team, delegate tasks, and conduct work efficiently.
9.
Detailed Reports:
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on work activities.
10.
Parts Inventory Management:
Ensure replacement parts are available in stock.
11.
Machine Inspection:
Inspect machines and prepare reports on the need for new equipment.
12.
Hardware and Software Diagnosis:
Assess hardware and software malfunctions through diagnostics.
13.
Customer Handling:
Handle customers based on their preferences.
14.
Excellent Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns until satisfaction.
15.
Pricing and Billing:
Set prices for new installations and services.
16.
Timely Responses:
Promptly respond to requests from employees or customers.
17.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain thorough knowledge about products and services.
18.
Onsite Support:
Offer technical support on-site to customers.
19.
Training and Demos:
Provide onsite training and demonstrations to customers.
20.
Customer Database:
Maintain a database of customer information.
21.
Customer Satisfaction:
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and corrective actions.
22.
Flexibility in Duties:
Recognize that departmental responsibilities can adapt to changing circumstances, with the core team having the authority to adjust duties as required.
Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
