Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with clients' business objectives and target audience
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Establish and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to drive traffic and generate leads
Implement datadriven strategies to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and achieve target KPIs
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing efforts
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to track and communicate performance marketing results to clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results
Expertise in campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and attribution modeling
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
