Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations on the floor.
  • Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure a safe and productive working environment for all staff.
  • Supervise and guide employees in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts among the team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize overall organizational efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the floor.

Skills required

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Good in communication
  • Knowledge in computer

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
