**Responsibilities:

Security Coordination:Collaborate with security teams, agencies, or private security personnel to plan and implement security measures.
Schedule security personnel, patrols, or surveillance as needed.
Monitor security systems, alarms, and CCTV cameras.

Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain the client's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with documentation and paperwork related to security protocols and procedures.

Emergency Response:
Be prepared to respond to security incidents, emergencies, or threats promptly.
Assist in evacuations or lockdown procedures, if necessary.

Communication and Information Management:
Maintain a record of security-related information and incidents.
Communicate security updates and potential risks to the client.

Access Control:
Manage access to the client's premises or sensitive areas, including visitor log and security clearances.
Verify the identity of individuals seeking entry.

Travel Security:
Plan and coordinate secure travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary.
Ensure safe travel routes and take necessary precautions during travel.

Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Training and Awareness:
Provide security awareness training and guidance to the client and their staff, if required.
Stay updated on security best practices and emerging threats.

**Language:
- ** English, Hindi and Marathi
