Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for digital campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligns with brand guidelines.
Monitor and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content across all digital platforms.

Social Media Management:

Manage and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly as needed.

Digital Advertising:

Assist in the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize advertising spend and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Analytics and Reporting:

Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Utilize datadriven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, and digital advertising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
