Job Role

  • Handling both inbound & Outbound calls
  • Converts inquiries into sales by making outbound/inbound calls.
  • Call to present or prospective guest by answering incoming calls
  • Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Responsibilities:


  • Making outbound call to prospective Guest & Agents
  • Providing details of Resort
  • Daily Reporting
  • Generating appointments & meetings for business development team.
  • Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with guest.
  • Making effective follow ups with all guests.

Key Skills

  • Positive attitude & goal oriented
  • Good Communications & convincing skills
  • Excellent communication Skills (English or Hindi)

Experience:

  • 1 Year and above in hospitality sector (Sales or Telesales)

₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
