The Supplier Assurance Services (SAS) team is accountable for executing the global comprehensive risk management and assessment programs for all in-scope suppliers within JPMC's Corporate Third-Party Oversight (CTPO) program.

SAS is also accountable for driving several programs that support the Cybersecurity and Technology (CTC) function, including implementing and operating controls and processes that further enhance the security posture of JPMC's supply chain.

The Supplier Assurance Services (SAS) team is part of Global Supplier Services (GSS), reporting directly to JPMC's Chief Procurement Officer.

The SAS team supports all Lines of Businesses (LOBs), and regions globally.

As a Supplier Assurance Services (SAS) Third Party Cyber Controls Quality Reviewer, this position is responsible for performing control validation quality review covering Supplier Control Assessment phases during Onboarding and Steady State, with a consistent testing framework, testing scripts.

Responsibilities:

As team member within this group your day to day responsibilities will be to:

Pilot entire end to end Third Party Cyber Controls Quality Review in line with approved SAS procedures/guidance
Partner with IT assessors on addressing Quality feedback
Identify trends / common issues to resolve and improve training focus areas
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements to deliver increasing operational efficiency in the processes.
Assist with various SAS program initiatives working closely with the SAS Leads.
Support internal education and best practices sharing with peers and colleagues, as well as third party education and awareness, as needed

Qualifications

5 9 years of experience in Risk Management, Technology Risk & Controls, Technology Audit, and Third-Party Outsourcing Risk Management within a large enterprise level environment.
Understanding of risk frameworks, testing methodologies, testing scripts.
Selfmotivated individual that demonstrates initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work with senior management.
CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP or CRISC certification is a plus.
Experience using BI tools (Alteryx / Tableau), ability to create executive summaries using Microsoft suite of products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Shift Timing: 2PM to 11PM IST (or) 4PM to 1AM IST (US Coverage Shift)
