Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to potential students to promote the firm's educational programs, courses, and services.
- Respond to inbound calls from inquiries, answering questions and providing information about available courses and services.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into enrolled students
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on calls, ensuring a positive experience for potential students.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of the education industry and understanding of courses and programs is beneficial.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
