ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
**Incentive Systems - Oracle ICM Configuration Architect

  • Expert in the analysis of incentive plans and able to transform into business rule architecture in Oracle ICM calculation design
  • Understand, identify, and evaluate various data sources, meet with data providers to negotiate and contract data transmissions for data from PeopleSoft and other business systems in order to integrate into the Incentive systems
  • Create best practice documentation for Oracle ICM incentive plan implementations
  • Collaborate closely with Reporting, Data Integration, Production Support, and Administration teams to understand and create efficient and scalable calculation designs
  • Design analytical reports for Incentive Plan effectiveness and provide a dynamic end user experience
  • Provide Functional, Technical Design, and Operational documentation deliverables
  • Ability to work with offshore and onshore teams and ensure coordination, effective communication, and optimal productivity with high quality deliverables.
  • Create complex queries using PL/SQL for research and table navigation purposes
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met in a constantly changing environment. Must collaborate with other teams to align with Agile methodologies
REQUIREMENTS - Skills
**Required Technical Skills (Must be Hands-on)

  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL including testing, tuning and debugging queries and programs
    OR:
  • 6+ years of experience in programming using SQL skills and database design
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel in creating analytical reports as well as using complex formulas and macros.
  • Experience working with large teams leveraging SDLC and/or Agile Methodologies and ability to deliver quality code with proper documentation in the specified time
**Preferred skills: (Highly Desirable)

  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications (Oracle Incentive Compensation) or other systems that have a rule based configuration. Hands-On experience in Oracle incentive Compensation module which includes source data mapping, Resource roles, Resource groups, Expressions, Plan elements, Compensation plans, Classification rules, Reporting metrics and Custom programs.
  • Exposure to Oracle Database architecture or any other database architecture, Data Warehouse models and concepts (facts, dimensions etc), with experience in Designing, Querying and Reporting from datamarts
  • Experience with Tableau, Oracle Reports and/or other visualization and reporting tools
**Required Soft skills

  • Strong communicator with ability to effectively translate knowledge across all levels of the organization
  • Be focused on assigned work items and be able to manage multiple high priority deliverables
  • Experience in working with Offshore/Onshore development teams and coordinating work efforts in different time zones to complete important tasks
**Other Skills

  • Experience with Human Resources, Compensation, and Finance related Processes and Reporting
REQUIREMENTS - Education and Experience

  • Required 4year degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of Information Technology experience in business systems, software development, database analysis and Reporting using the above mentioned required skills
  • Proven experience working on large, enterprisewide projects
