Define and manage a long-term vision and portfolio of initiatives to improve the customer experience and business results through creating world-class metrics, analysis, visualizations, and data-driven storytelling.

Interface with Executive Leadership to understand strategic priorities and align with Business Intelligence Roadmap.
Drive a Business Intelligence roadmap; prioritize business insight requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business
Collaborate and partner with Finance and Operations teams to understand, anticipate, and respond to current and future information needs
Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, drive the vision and building of selfservice analytic capabilities, and engineer datadriven processes that drive business value
Design, develop, and implement standardized reporting structure and cadence. Develop best practices and lead the team to assimilate and adopt best methods.
Identify areas for improvement, incorporating bestinclass and cuttingedge techniques, and designing new approaches and methodologies.
PRIMARY SKILLS
10+ years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science, or related field
7+ years experience in a people management role
Expert level technical proficiency in dashboard development, analytical tool building, data extraction, and data flows and architecture
Experience in RPA projects implementation
Extensive experience negotiating requirements and setting, managing, and communicating priorities and expectations
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a passion to impose structure on seemingly undefined problems
Experience and familiarity with BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, Tableau CRM, etc.)
Strong communication skills. Must be able to brief senior leaders on project statuses while also translating and aggregating complex analyses into a concise and relatable explanation of findings.
SECONDARY SKILLS
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other crossfunctional teams in a highly matrixed organization.
Understanding of new industry trends and best practices in the Business Intelligence domain.
Ability to not only consume technical, financial, and business documentation fluidly and quickly, but also retain and articulate information based on research
Strong project management and change management skills.
