About Us:
The Wellness Shop is an eco-friendly wellness brand that provides a range of products that are organic and natural. We provide products catering to cosmetics, wellness, and healthcare segments.

We launched in 2021, so yes we're an early-stage startup but, within the last 4-5 months, we have launched 150+ premium products and have started hitting 1000+ daily orders so we know our products rule TWS is funded by Logx ventures.

We plan to create a brand that brings no-nonsense, simple, and natural products to the masses so we can all get some help taking care of our bodies.

Here's what you will do:

Understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas
Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussion
Thinking of interesting clutter breaking ideas and its execution
Must have the ability to ideate, evolve content and refer to relevant design touchpoints
Ideation and execution of the design
Ability to deliver work as per timeline requirement
Act upon feedback and make necessary changes that meet the brief
Explore a variety of techniques and evolve solutions that lead to improvement in consumer impact

Here's what you should have:

Well versed in basic graphic design software
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects etc.
Love taking ownership of your work and enjoy the creative freedom that comes with it
Aren't scared to dream big, think scale, and chase big hairy audacious goals
Want to work in a free, flexible, and performancedriven environment
Are a scientist at heart
Try, test, validate, implement, scale. Run experiments

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
