Description
Lead, mentored, and manage the culinary team

Create prep lists for the kitchen crew

Manage food costing and inventory

Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance

Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels

Being responsible for health and safety

Being responsible for food hygiene practices

Controlling and directing the food preparation process

Executive chefs ensure customer satisfaction and seek feedback on menu items.

Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering

Survey nearby area's all restaurants Dish portioning, Quantity and Quality


Prefer IHM degree, also Graduate from another field can be considered in case having 3 years diploma in Hotel & Hospitality Management.

Using Excel for costing & receipe formulation


Salary:
₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
