Job Title:
Sales Retail Associate;
Department: Retail


Reports To:
Business Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Travelling to different schools and colleges and giving presentation about the benefits of the app "Tutopia".
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering suggestions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right services.
  • Upsell and crosssell the services provided by the app.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of retail sales experience

Excellent customer service skills

Strong sales skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
