  • Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs and implement activities pertaining to employee engagement.
  • Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network.
  • Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering.
  • Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Passionate and driven by ownership across all facets of the job requirement including people, business, culture & leadership.
  • Implement retention strategies to create engaging workforce
  • Implementation of people processes like performance management cycle, pay review and upskill leads and managers to create a conducive feedback centered environment.
  • Identification of hipotential and key performers within the engagements / projects along with business and drive development, engagement and retention initiatives for these resources.
  • Drive competency based assessments and development across teams
  • Development of specific training curriculum for engagements and liaise with L&D for implementation and governance.
  • Investigate and conduct employee relations issues for an amicable solution.
