Production Supervisor - Warje, Pune, Maharashtra, India - Zlade (Aegis Personal Care LLP)
Description
Establish and achieve daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them with production team.- Ensure to meet production targets.
- Managing raw material to finished goodsi nventory.
- Supervise and manage packaging team.
- Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Guide and training of the team members, monitoring team productivity.
- Ensure machine maintenance and highlight servicerelated issues.
- Coordination with warehouse team for raw and finished inventory transfer.
- Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Perform verification of machine output according to specifications.
- Prepare daily reports on performance and output and present them to managers
- Identify gaps to improve the efficiency and suggest improvements
- Set safety procedures which is required to be follow by machine operating team.
- Maintain 5S in production area.

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
