A fast growing digital marketing agency helping scale D2C brands is looking to hire an Executive - Founder's Office.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday operations of the office
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organisation
- Pick up special projects which align with the key priorities of the organisation at different times
- Taking full ownership of the tasks which are to be done, to assist the Founders in their day to day operations
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Serve as a liaison between the founder and internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and restocked as needed
- Oversee and manage administrative staff
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
- Manage budgets and expenses related to the office
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Plan and execute office events and activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an executivelevel role, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
- 23 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹500, ₹550,000.00 per year
