JOB TITLE:
SAP SF EC Recruiting Consultant

Project:

Job Duties:

Meet with business users to document business requirements
Escalate issues
Create and update documentation
Write functional specifications for customizations and document options and

decisions

Assist in the developing and updating configuration documentation
Interact directly with end users, constructively ensuring high quality system

design and testing

Assist in developing/ updating test plans
Conduct testing, documenting results and test issues; resolve and retest issues
Assist with system projects and cutover activities
Transfer system knowledge and capabilities to other project team members

and business users

Support data mapping, cleansing, and data loading
Support other team members

years HR information systems support experience, responsible for

business analysis and end user support with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM

HR reporting and business intelligence capabilities an asset
Mandatory certification certificates for EC and Recruiting (Nice to have)
Mining industry experience an asset
SAAS (Software as a service) experience an asset
Testing software experience an asset (e.g. HP Quality Center)
Experience working with global teams including multiplesites/ time zones/languages

Skills:

Business understanding for core HR processes including organization

structure, position management, time and leave management and employee

lifecycle

Solutions focused and pragmatic, with a proven ability to deliver process and

systems improvements

Resourceful and selfdirected
Ability to plan work and manage work tasks to a set schedule
Expertise in systems support, data management, and data quality monitoring
Analytic and able to facilitate structured, balanced decision making
Customerfocused and supportive of end users
Ability to develop process documentation and provide process coaching
Ability to communicate with others at many levels from frontline staff to

management

Organized and goaloriented
Technical aptitude, ability to work directly with other IT support divisions
Be able to explain ideas for best practices
Experience with Global assignment model.

Experience managing half releases.
RBP experience for at least 2 projects assigning and defining target and

granted groups.

Workflow experience with knowledge about dynamic groups definitions.
Integration using BIB model required.
Integration using PTP model required.
