Abroad Education Counselor

About Company:

We are looking to hire an Abroad Education Counselor whose role is to research different colleges and streams available for bachelor's and Masters abroad as well as reach out, collaborate with the respective university/college coordinator, establish corporate relationships, help students with their process and SOP writing etc.

Role & Responsibilities:

Counseling the students for overseas education (UK, US, Canada, Australia, Germany etc).
Spread awareness of admission openings.
Research on relevant courses, universities/colleges
Followup with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations.
Assist in SOP writing.
Coordinate with Abroad University Representatives.
Educate students on scholarships.
Willing to attend, travel and organize seminars, workshops on abroad education in different Schools/Colleges.
Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc.
Relationship building with the students to identify skills, interests & their career goals.

Qualifications:

Masters in Education/Communication/Management/Literature or any relevant field, if fresher.
If experienced, even a bachelor's degree is acceptable.
Preferably a background in the education sector.
13 years of experience minimum.
Understanding of corporate relations.
Excellent research skills.
Impressive communication skills.
Professional fluency in English language.
Effective analytical and decision making skills.
Professional presentation skills.
Great in coordinating and engaging with new people
