    Description

    Full-Time Salary Offered:

    3L-4.8L per annumInternship Stipend:
    5k-10k per month | 2 months

    Responsibilities:
    Content

    Strategy Development:
    Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to each client's goals, target audience, and industry landscape

    Audience Research:
    Conduct in-depth audience research to gain insights into audience preferences, behaviors, and pain points, and apply findings to content planning

    Content Planning and Calendar Management:
    Create detailed content calendars outlining topics, formats, and distribution channels for various content pieces, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging

    Creative Ideation and Conceptualization:
    Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative and engaging content ideas that differentiate our clients' brands and drive engagement

    Content Production Oversight:
    Oversee the production process for content initiatives, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables are produced on time and within budget

    Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    Analyze the performance of content across various channels, track key metrics, and leverage insights to optimize content strategies for maximum impact

    Collaboration and Communication:

    Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and account management, to ensure alignment and integration of content efforts with overall marketing initiatives.

    Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on strategic direction.


    Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

    Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing to continually innovate and enhance our content strategies.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    Strong understanding of content marketing principles, audience segmentation, and content distribution channels.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability.
    Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
