    Responsibilities :

    Content Marketing Strategy and Execution-

    • Create and discuss KPIs for the month.
    • Formulate a strategy and detailed content marketing plan that aligns with branding and business goals.
    • Per the yearly content plan, work with internal teams (Sales, Vertical, Delivery, Presales, HR) to create content (Email campaigns, press releases, blogs, case studies, white papers, eBooks, website, webinars, awards, interviews, video, podcast, LinkedIn & PPC Ad copies, people/culture-related, etc.) and promote per the plan.
    • Come up with new innovative content strategies aligned with brand awareness and demand generation objectives.
    • Help with internal communications activities, including content, strategy, and implementation.
    • Help internal teams with the PPT presentation, presales (RFP documents review), and other content + design help.
    • Create a content calendar in the last week of every month, for the activities to be executed in the following month.

    Social Media Post-

    Work with our design vendor to create the banner image for the social media post. The content marketing lead will ideate the content and design of the banner by following Brand Guidelines.

    Website-

    • Work with our website maintenance vendor to publish content.
    • Regularly work on the website regarding content revamping and error audits.
    • Website feature check, enhancement, and addition.
    • New website planning and strategy on content and UI/UX design.
    • Work with our SEO vendors and help with the content to support SEO activities.

    External vendors and tools-

    • Work with external vendors (content syndication, influencer marketing, magazines/media) as per the brand awareness and demand generation plan.
    • Look out for and suggest new/innovative marketing tools (SaaS or otherwise) to enhance our marketing campaigns.

    Training and Interviews-

    • Train new marketing members and take part in the candidate interview process.

    Market Research-

    • Do market research on various strategies aligned with our brand awareness and demand generation goals.
    • Bring in innovative ideas from the research to be included in our marketing plan and own the implementation of the ideas.

    Communicate and collaborate-

    • Collaborate with the content creation team for the activities detailed in the content marketing and social media marketing plan.
    • Communicate and collaborate with teams to ensure planning and execution are aligned with the branding and business goals.
    • Collaborate with the team to understand branding and marketing priorities: This includes Client HR, Presales, Sales, Technology, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership.
    • Collaborate with other teams to execute the content marketing and social media marketing plan.
    • Collaborate with the content creation team for the activities detailed in the content marketing and social media marketing plan.
    • Collaborate with the design team for the creation of banners and images for the activities detailed in the content marketing and social media marketing plan.
    • Create content for internal communication.
