**Job Description:

  • Customer Representative Executive,**As a Customer Representative Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our users. Your primary responsibility will be building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing personalised support and guidance throughout their Fancall App journey. You will enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success by delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Executive:


  • Establish a rapport with customers, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.

Customer Retention and Upselling:


  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify potential upselling or crossselling opportunities.

3.


Quality Assurance:


  • Monitor and maintain the quality of customer interactions, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer support experience.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven customer service or relationship management experience, preferably in the technology or communications industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Empathy and patience to provide outstanding customer support and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Detailoriented and highly organised, with excellent problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
