Site Engineer JD:
- Visiting different Properties like
- Residential, commercial, land, building,
- Taking Measurements and Photographs of Property
- Submitting details to Back office team through app
- Coordinating with Back office team for queries in cases
2.
Technical Executive JD:
- Keen eye on the market as well as builder
- Tallying Of Approve Plan In The Sale Broacher Provided By The Builder.
- Site collecting the details of black listed properties.
- Valuation of assets like Residential, Commercial & Industrial properties
- Also Verification of Technical documents and External Reports (Agencies)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
