- looking for relevant new tenders from various clients
- downloading and studying the tenders
- filling the tender form for the tenders to take a decision
- Project Handling
- drafting quotations / proposals for associates and partners
- attending prebid meetings when required
- coordinating with the departments when required
- preparation and completion of bidding documents
