Profile Introduction:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, and chutneys.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients by chopping, grinding, and marinating as needed.
Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen supervisor to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

Indepth knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including traditional cooking methods and ingredients.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering highquality dishes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.
